Terminating Parental Rights

I have a daughter with my ex wife and it is getting more and more difficult to see her. I am wondering if i can give up my parental rights even if my ex fights the termination. Do both parents have to agree to a voluntary termination?

It is not likely that a judge would allow you to terminate your parental rights unless there would be a step parent ready to adopt the child. Good Luck.
