Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Texas Divorce Filing Requirements when Living in 2 different counties

My husband and I have been separated for 3 years and we live in the same county of the State of Texas. He wants a divorce and so I am planning on moving to a different county within the state. Will it be more simple for me to file while we're in the same county, or does it really make any difference? What are the divorce filing requirements and or regulations concerning this matter. We have no children, we have already divided property and this is an uncontested case. Thank you for your help and time......

If this is an uncontested case and you're convinced that your spouse is not working with an attorney on this, then you probably won't get your own attorney so it doesn't matter which county. But you would probably want to get the divorce where you are located to avoid inconvenience to you.
