Texas Good Cause Exception with paternity Establishment
How do I get a ''Good Cause claim Exception with Paternity Establishment'' if the person has raped me, threatened me and has attempted to rape me, and threw a remote at the wall when my child was 5 months old and it broke and hit her in the head, and has showin violence in front of my child and while I was holding the child. I believe it is too risky to establish paternty and child support and I would like to know how would I apply for an ''Good Cause claim not to establish paternity.

I've never heard of the form that you mentioned.
If you don't ask for any state or federal aide, then you don't need to establish paternity.
If you have accepted any state or federal aide, then you signed your rights away and the TX Office of the Attorney General will go after him for reimbursement.
If he is violent, you can ask for all visits to be through the SAFE Program. You will need an attorney to represent you.
Additionally, he is free to ask to establish his paternity at any time up to the time the kid turns 18.
