texas, my 17 year old daughter want to come live with me, my ex has custody since the divorce 3 years ago, can she move out and live with me..legally, I'm her biological father..

If the mother agrees, the child can move in with you. The moment she turns 18, the custody order ends since she is considered an adult. But if she has not graduated from high school then your child support would continue until she graduates or drops out of high school.
