time frame to respopnd ?
My daughter in law signed a waiver in leu of being served her original petition for divorce? Does she have a timeframe to respond? Its been 27 days today.

yes. she has a time limit to respond. the court will not set the divorce until 60 days expires. since she waived service, she would have 20 days after the next Monday when the waiver was filed. I don't know when that was, but could be about 27 days - maybe a few more. can't tell with out looking at the clerk's file. Good Luck.
