Is there a time limit on trying to serve - papers for custody
Have an attorney that has not returned phone calls (thinking that they are still trying to serve), but would like to know if there is a time limit on trying to serve custody papers to the custodial parent. Affidavit has already been filed.

The only time problem is the changing court date. The other side must have sufficient notice.
