Visiting My daughter
I have not seen my daughter in over 6 years.. I have been trying to pay my child support but keep getting money back from the A.G. Office because my ex change banks and address and did not notify me. doing research i have found out my ex has married and has enrolled my daughter in a private school and not using the name the courts have ordered. know that i have located my ex and daughter and would like to get my visit back. how do i do this. and can they go after me for back child support? Founds are limited but need as much help as possible. PLS

Re: Visiting My daughter
You need a certified copy of your last court order - probably your divorce decree.
If any of you still live in the county where the divorce occurred, that is where you will file a contempt case.
Do you owe the past due support? Yes because you were ordered. Hopefully you have proof of the money refunded to you and you kept it in a separate account. Of course, the fact she disappeared will probably make the court more lenient on your past due child support.
