wanting my son

i signed my rights away to my son. in the affidavite it stated that it is irreversable.can i fight it to get him back?

The only way you can contest the surrender is if you can prove fraud. You should have had 2 counseling sessions. They can occur the same day, and you must have had an attorney representing you to explain the situation to you and he/she must not be connected with the attorney for the adoptive couple. There are very strict rules concerning adoptions and if they are followed, then it is very difficult to undo. Good luck.
