My wife and I are getting a divorce. She is pregnant and says that she won't let me have any say so in naming our child. Do I have any rights in naming our child?

You state that you are getting a divorce. Are you represented by counsel? If not, you need to find an attorney. Based upon your wife's representations to you, you need to petition the court to have orders in place at the time of the child's birth.
