My wife falsely accused me of Domestic Violence and then sought child support and now a divorce... I have been cleared of the DV charge, I have the custodial care of my minor children and chose not seek child support from her.... In the divorce petition she is seeking spousal support --I need to give a Response back to the court--what should I do
