In Texas, if you are married all property is presumed to be community property. The burden falls on you to prove that it was your separate property.

You don't say how she "took your money". If she forged your signature at the bank, you need to contact the police and file a police report. Then the DA might prosecute her.

Another remedy for you is to immediately file for divorce and ask the court for temporary orders. You will need to do discovery and try to locate the money. Be advised that she might claim that she gambled it all away. Judges here this sort of excuse all the time. Unless she can prove that she lost it - most people cannot produce any sort of evidence, the judge will "know" that she is hiding the money. If she cannot or will not produce the money, then your attorney can ask for you to receive something else in compensation.

As you can see, these cases get complicated quickly. You need a smart, strong attorney to help you. Look on this website & on www.avvo.com for an attorney.

Good luck!
