Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Me and my wife have just renewed our home lease about 2 months ago but now we want a divorce. So, is there a way legally to get out of our lease or do we wait our lease term out?

Talk to the landlord, and read your lease. It is not uncommon to negotiate breaking a lease, sometimes for 85% of a month's rental.
