my wife and i have been separated for about 3 to 4 yr she had my 2 kids and just let me talk to them on the phone and see them if i went to california she passed away about 3 weeks back and the sister is trying to get custody of my kids they personaly know the judge and local cps workers how do i get a change of venue

Are you in Texas? Are the children in Texas? Do the children live with the sister? How long have they lived with her?
