My ex wife is suppose to insure the children and does not what can i do?

If she has medical insurance available to her and the cost of that insurance is less than 9% of her gross income, send a letter to her employer demanding that they enroll the children. The AG might (I'm not sure) help you do that.

If she does not have medical insurance available that costs 9% or less of her gross income but you DO have such insurance available, enroll the children under your insurance and ask the court to make modifications to the child support order reflecting that change.

If neither of you has access to health insurance, then enroll the children in Medicaid or CHIP and, if necessary, ask the judge to adjust the child support payments to reflect that change.
