worried

What happens if a non-custody

parent doesn't gets his passport,

because he owes a lot in child

support, but still goes to Mexico

without it, when he plans to come

back to the USA is there going to

be any penalties or will they do

something to him?

Do not go to Mexico without a passport. You may not get back into the US or you may not be allowed into Mexico. You will have a much bigger problem than being behind in child support.
