wrongful termination of parental rights

i need to know if i can get my daughter back after i signed papers requilency my parental rights.five months ago.i didnt want to sign the papers.they claimed that they would took my daughter and give her to a family somewhere i would never see her if i didnt.

It depends on several issues that you have not mentioned. You have signed the relinquishment, but has the termination actually occurred (in court)? Has she been subsequently adopted? Was the affidavit prepared properly? Was it signed more than 48 hours after the child's birth? Was the revocation the result of fraud or duress? And most importantly, did the affidavit contain language of irrevocability?

Frequently, a termination will be accompanied by an immediate adoption and both take place within 60 days of the relinquishment. But that does not necessarily happen. If all procedures were properly followed then it is probably too late. You need to take ALL papers in the case to an attorney for review.
