I have 2 children with this man we brought a house togther but its in his name only everytime we fight he wants to throw me and kids out

call a local lawyer..most do not charge for initial visit or if the do, it will be nominal...BUT I presume his name is on the birth certificate/hence father obligated to support you and children AND..a common law marriage..but take the time to visit a local lawyer to review all the facts/protect yourself and the children...
