Legal Question in Medical Leave in Texas

fmla

pregnant and have 6 weeks of sick time saved. If I tell my employer that I will not be returning after the baby is born I will loose that time. Is that legal?

Do you mean that you want to quit your job and are upset that you will lose your sick time? Yes, you will lose your sick time. Which makes sense - you are not working there any more. If you want to use your sick time, then use your sick time and quit after that.
