Animal Registration

I recieved two tickets for my dogs not being registered with the city. They both have their rabbies shots, they are inside dogs and I just didnt have them registered. I have lived here for 11 years. Can I get these dismissed? Will they issue a warrant? Each fine is 179.00.

Register the dogs NOW...and wherever you are..see if a local lawyer can help..after you ask for a trial..and get a copy of the ordinance requiring registration..
