Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I called my exgirlfriends employer and sent them a recording where she talkinging about not working and getting paid. The end result was she was fired..Now she is threating to sue me.. Does she have grounds and should i worry?

Who were the parties to the conversation that you recorded? Were you yourself a party to the conversation?

If not, then you have committed a crime.

Trust me, she isn't going to sue you.
