Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Car Dealer sold me car with lein on it

I bought an SUV from an out of state dealer in Texas off ebay. I am unable to register it with DMV due to a ''sizeable'' lein on the vehicle. I have the title and vehicle was sold to me ''clear title''. Dealer will not answer emails/phone calls. I simply want my money back. Any advice? Thank you.

Why not file a complaint with the dealer's sales licensing authority, the Texas Department of Transportation. More information is found here:
