Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
I am carrying a name not meant to be mine.
How do I go about changing my name. For personal reasons, I've carried a first and last name that has cause more disappointment,to me and those that named me. I have decided my new name but need help. I am so grateful for this site.

Hire an attorney to have your name changed by the courts. So long as the change is for a legitimate reason the court should grant the change.
