Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Chances of winning a lawsuit against ex

My ex and I divorced in Mar '06. He was ordered to pay child support and 1/2 medical bills. He has paid the support but not the medical bills. If I take him to court for the medical bills what would be my chances of success in filing a lawsuit against him for tuition assistance, medical expenses for our oldest child, etc.? His income is double what mine is and I have plenty of proof of his income, character, etc.

Take him to court and ask for attorneys fees also. Good Luck.
