Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

child custody

I have a court document divorce decree from Arkansas stating I have custody of the kids, I allowed them to visit their mom in California for the summer, now she is refusing to send them back? What can I do? What kind of document do I need to pick up my kids

The document you need right now is an attorney representation contract. You better do it quickly or you could lose those kids.
