I had a judgement placed against me recently in a steam roll sort of manner and I just received a letter for Discovery to Aid in judgement. I live in TX and cannot afford an attorney to fight this. I am afraid they will start removing money from my banking account leaving me with out enough money to care of myself and my child. I am a single parent with no child support coming through and can barely afford to pay my bills. What can I do about this?
