Can i get custody of my son if my girlfriend has admitted that she is bisexual? I don't want to be with her anymore and she has been cheating on me. Do you think i could get custody of our son?

You need to consult with a family lawyer in the area where you live. The court is supposed to order custody based on the best interests of the child. If you can show you are the better option, then you should gain custody.

Mr. Merrill is right. Merely being bisexual has nothing to do with how well your ex can take care of your child. If she is openly promiscuous or otherwise sets a bad example for him, that may help tilt the balance in your favor. But the same would be true if she were a promiscuous heterosexual.
