Should I File a class action lawsuit?

I am working for a sercurity company contracted with the state, and have been given orders from my stafty coordinater to sniff all gas cans and desiel can before loadindg. I just found out it against regulation cause of harmful effect I just had a liver trasp. And more capable of liver damage and cancer. Wondering if I had a case? Thanks for replie in advance!
