Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

file disclosure with district court?

Similar to another question, I am suing in district court and received their attorney's request for disclosure. Besides sending it to the attorney, do I also need to send a copy to the district court handling the case?

Re: file disclosure with district court?

No, but file a Certificate of Written Discovery with the court so they know you've responded.

Check your local district court rules, since they do vary from county to county.
