Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Hi, i just found out that my wife is cheating on my, the proof i have is the phone records where she is calling him at all times even for hours, sometimes ten times a day, she already confessed this to me, we have a three year old son, i am a mover and i am gone for two or three weeks out of town and come back home for a week and go back out. i want to know if i have a case. there is people that have seen her with the other man.

Texas is a no-fault divorce state. You do not need to prove infidelity to get a divorce in Texas.
