Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I had a guy that lived with me in my dads house for 9 years out of those 9 years he was single for about 3 years. He moved in 2004 got a divorce in 2006, married 2009 divorced in June 2012 and remarried in Nov 2012 and none of these were to me. He has taken everything out of my dads house and we have asked him to bring it back and he refuses to do so. I would like to know if there is anything that I am able to do about getting the things back?

If facts are as you state, it was theft...so good luck..you have to push the criminal charge to local police or prosecuting county/district attorney..depending on value...
