Hire an attorney or wait for public defender

Do I need to hire an attorney for my daughter. She is being held in Collin Ct. Tx on a warrent charge of not compleating probation on a misdemoner charge. All of her court fines were paid but she did not finnish her probation. The judge in Collin County denide bail. What happens next?

Public defenders are for those who cannot pay for an attorney. If it were my daughter, and I had the money..or NO money, I'd call a good local criminal attorney...it costs nothing to call the lawyer..but get all the facts..why is bail denied..etc....
