If you are offering professional advice that requires some form of license to provide then you cannot even give the advice, regardless of any income received, unless you have that license. If you are trying to offer psychological or relationship advice, you can easily run into the same problem where you are offering advice in an area that requires professional license. However, if you are offering advice in an area not governed by a professional license then you are probably ok.
