Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Someone left property in my home and after being asked to remove it for a year and a half I gave it away now they are threatening to sue me - do they have recourse?

How valuable was this property?

My bet is that you won't get sued. Lots and lots of people THREATEN to file lawsuits, but never do.

You don't have to worry until the process server actually hands the citation to you. Until then, it's just a guy with a big mouth blowing off steam.
