Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Loan

If I loaned someone money over 2 years ago, but they refuse to pay, can I do anything about it? The only evidence I have is 2 canceled checks, nothing stating it was a loan.

Re: Loan

Based on what you have written here, there may be a possibility that you might get the money back. This would ultimately depend upon more specifics of your case. Without the specifics of your case, you are probably out of luck in getting the money back. If my law firm can assist you with this legal matter or any other legal issue, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
