Memorial Fund
I have contributed to a memorial fund for a deceased high school student which has distributed payments each year to a student for schlorship. This year this was no schlorship and when I inquired to the school I was told the mother of the deceased child has the funds and is going to use for personal benefit. What are my avenues to take to check into this for possible fraud?

You can sue to recover your contribution because that was not what you gave money to accomplish.
