Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

my mom was owed child support for me and my sister many yrs ago,, my so called dad never payed one dime,, its been at leat 26yrs and im wonderinf is i have a right to get that child support from him now since he never payed,, it was court ordered and im sure my mom had no idea ow to fie or what to do cause of it,, is there any thing i can do now,,??

You never had the right to the child support; your mother did. The statute of limitations has run and now she cannot get the money.
