i was raped and molested by the man who signed my birth certificate from the time i was 5 until i was 7 in texas he served probation for me then turned around and raped 2 12 yr old girls after me is there anything i can do for emotional suffering i have ptsd from it and it still is causing me probs in my life now

How old are you now? The statute of limitations for a civil suit did not begin running until you turned 18 years old. If it is within the statute, you can file a civil suit for the assault, and resulting damages you have suffered.
