Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

My Safety Has Been Threatened/I'm terrified

What type of eviction covers a tenant when the tenant's safety has been threatened more than once(continuous break-ins). I've approached management to assist me and they are refusing.I've been forced to sleep with a firearm.

Be prepared to document the threats to your safety and move out. Send written notice to the landlord that this criminal activity interferes with you peaceful enjoyment of the premises and give a move out date. If the landlord files a suit to collect the balance of the lease, be prepared to show the documentation in your defense.
