Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
My son died several years ago, his death was a result of a commercial companies neglect. I won my law suit against this comapany. Come to this day this day this same company has another law suit against them where they are now trying to say so many bad things about my son ( I guess you can say they are badgering his good name). My question, I am not part of this law suit, but, can, I sue them for saying lies about my son? I am not sure what law this would fall under.

Ask the lawyer who handled your case as there "may" be some language in the settlement papers......
