My son is seventeen he traded his exbox for another game with a thirteen year old..the swap was a month ago..now the other kid broke his game and the mother wants his game back that he traded.my son does not want to give the game back that he fairly traded this kid..what should we do.shes making threats to have her boyfriend beat my son up and \to say he stoled the game...

Don't give the game back.
Report her threats of violence to the police department.
You might even want to go to the local justice of the peace and ask about a restraining order.
