Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

sued by credit card company in texas

I am married and have several properties with my husband. I own nothing solely. I am being sued in Texas by a credit card company. What can they attach or garnish. I am the sole owner of the credit card. Can our properties be attached. My homestead cannot but can our other realestare be attached?

Re: sued by credit card company in texas
