Me and wife are seperated and we have a 3 year old daughter they live with her parents now her dad is a convicted sex offender and i do not want my daughter around that what can i do please help

You would file for divorce and, in connection with that, ask for temporary orders that would appoint you sole managing conservator of your daughter - in other words, you want the Court to order that she should live with you.

In the alternative, you would ask for an order that prohibits your wife from taking the child within 200 yards of a known sex offender.
