Legal Question in Health Care Law in Texas

Usually, medical injuries have a 2 year statute of limitation, but if you are under 18 it extends up to from your 18th brithday. SO, it is very critical that you act soon. Also, most attorneys like me take injury cases on a contngency fee, where there is no cost to the client up front and any fees and expenses are taken as a percentage of any recovery or settlement. I have to tell you the "tort reform" pro-insurance company laws, really cut back on your rights and ability to recover under the Texas Medical Liability Act. It will be very expensive for the Attorney who takes it because of that, so there needs to be a lot of uip front work revieing the files/record.
