Need of Advance parole doc when not using an EAD
My I 485 is pending. Currently i have a valid h4 visa stamped on my Passport. I have an EAD but am not currently employed. Do I need a travel document (Advance Parole) to go on a cruise to Conzumel, Mexico

YES. Without it, you could abandon your application for LPR, and may have to start over.
