hello

i'm from africa and i'm international student atually. im going to get married in 2 or 3 month with a americain men but he problem is he used to got in jail 2 or 3 times for selling drogs. but since that he woks and go at scholl he doesn't selling drogs anymore. and after that i will apply to my green card paper and i want to know if it will be easy to me to have that. or if it possible to have my green card paper. if not what i need to do. if yes could you tell me what can be wrong.. thank you

Your fiancee's criminal problems should not prevent you getting permanent residence approved. However, the immigration service will probably carefully question the validity of the marriage.
