Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

deportation

My sons father is being deported and they have never seen eachother.(met) We live in Florida and he is being deported from Texas, what are our rights as far as getting to see him before he is deported

There is no right to see your father who is being deported! Did he have a lawyer? Is he appealing his case? Is he being deported because he was ordered by a judge to be deported, or is he just leaving because he's tired of being in jail. Not likely his son will see him before he goes. Sorry.

You can go there and hope he hasn't been deported already. Good luck! If he entered illegally you don't have many options. If not, call or write us and we can give you a reasonable consultation on what can be done.
