Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hello,
I like to aks question regarding IMMIGARTION VISA for my wife.
She had interview with the US embassy and they denie the visa and reason they gave is
212(a)(3)B and my wife she is house wife never attend or invole any orgnization or party
ever so like to know what can be done to solve this issue or who should i contact.

Has your wife ever donated any money to an organization that could be categorized, even very tenuously, as a terrorist organization? You should consult with an immigration attorney and go over exactly what happened at the interview to determine what the best way to proceed is.
