Inmates with Holds
My friend is about finished his finish his sentenced time to serve, but he has a hold by I.C.E. Is there anything that we can do to get the hold taken off?

You are going to have to resolve his immigration issues, before the hold is going to get released. Talk with an immigration lawyer.
