Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Need lawyer for immigration
I have my nephew in india he was left over when my sister was immigrant here in usa. According to child protection act ( hr 1209 )national visa center had charge the immigration visa fees of 335 $ for him but when my sister got visa call she got only for three people not for 4 it soupose to have 4 people. So emabssy in mumbai india they didn't allowed my nephew to attand interview. So he is only person left over there. When i call nvc and visa office in washington they told me that there was 4 name listed then why he can't able to attand interview.
Can you help me how can i able to get the visa for him under child protection law.
