Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Hi, my Perm application got denied due to the optional advertisement news paper. The CO said it doesn't have a high circulation.pls let me know If I have to appeal or refile?

You should consult with the Attorney who filed your PERM case. However, if it was my client, I would tell them not to bother with an appeal. I also recommend that if you re-file, you use an experienced Business Immigration Attorney who knows how to recruit properly.
